Gelatin Fun
One of our favorite sensory activity involves gelatin (ゼラチン）.
First, we mix gelatin together with boiling water.
Allowing it to cool aside, the gelatin and water mixture hardens.
We add a special surprise inside! What animal do you have?
I have a rhino!
We let the kids be creative with the gelatin block!
Will you be my Valentine?
A special activity for Valentine’s Day, we made some delicious chocolates!
First, we melted grated chocolate in a bowl of hot water.
We then all took turns to mix the chocolate and added ingredients such as corn flakes and marshmallows.
Finally we poured the melted chocolate into small paper cups, added sprinkles, then put them into the fridge to cool down and harden. They were delicious!
